Such a relief look at this bike and not see the horrendous stock plate support.
Even the tip of the ehxaust was painted in gloss black (as well as the speedo trim) The same "Orange Race" was used to paint the letters on the primary cover

Excellent looking bike man. Tons of subtle mods that I appreciate and make it look awesome. I can't wait until my cam kit with black pushrods and black derby get here.

Very Cool how was the Orange painted on the bike ? Would like to do sothing similar.
To be painted properly they had to disassemble part ofthe engine mainly because of the upper and lower rocker box covers.
There are parts you can paint without disassemble, but the final result might be not so good.
It is an automotive paint ...the color its "Race Orange", the same one found on the 883R.
I've just sent this Screamin' Eagle air filter frame to have the letters painted in orange too.
