Not busting anyones chops, but...
Mount the bars, then meassure for the length of cables. Hoping to do it any other way is a crap shoot.
Nothing worse than a too short clutch cable, or too long. Either of those bring probs to the table.
Brake cables no different, they can be an eyesore if not done the correct length.
