I just finished up putting on parts and pieces. The forum has been great for ideas. I went with ride wright fat 30 spokes. I havent seen them on too many bikes and its clean looking imo. The M8 sounds great with Samson fishtails. Baffles removed and just torque cones. I am not sure if I like the dog bowl on. I guess I need to find my purse to knock the dirt off the whitewalls !
Saw this in the gallery and wanted to give it a hell yeah in the comments.
I don't think the air cleaner looks bad, but it does look out of proportion and slightly wrong for some reason. I don't know what would look better, just sayin I hear ya.

it's the black trim that throws it off. It's OK, but kinda misplaced.
I'm a fan now of chrome swing arms. That would look killer.

I think you're right about the trim. The rest of the bike is chrome on white, and that's the opposite.
The idea of a chrome swingarm sounded pretty crazy to me when I first saw it. Like not good or bad, just extreme - I dig it now. Would look great here, for sure. I'm not that familiar with what this style is, but I've become a big fan of these white bikes that are heavily chromed and ornate like this one from checking out the gallery here. Ornate isn't quite the word I want but it's too late to try any harder than this.

Like where you're going with it, sweet. Post my Deluxe twinkie for you, notice the license plate relocation. I forget the name of the small company that was building the kit, but if you can locate them might be something to consider.
The bracket they offer fits under the brake fixture dropping the tag bracket below, add the tombstone lens they offer, and throw a CD lighted LED tag cover.

That's a great looking bike, and I really like the Fat 30 spokes. I can see that change happening for me next year. These threads are going to cost me a fortune!
I didn't like the black ring on the air cleaner cover or the black timer cover, so I switched them out for chrome I found on the H-D website. There may be something better out there, but it gets the job done for now. Another thread showed a Kuryakyn coil cover, so I had to make that change, as well. Got to love chrome.
Thank you , yeah that air cleaner looks awesome. I am going to continue the process but the big purchases and most labor intensive things are finished. I don’t see myself sending in the swing arm to the chrome shop , but who knows , I have a 20 year old Donzi classic that I am still messing around with
