Just asking if anybody knows what a normal Engine Temperature (ET) range would be for my 2018 107 lowrider as measured with a Power Vision?
Generally speaking the Engine Temperature (ET) on a 107 Milwaukee-8 engine is going have a range of approx 250-330 relative to ambient conditions, load, state of tune, etc..
Have read on this forum, the M8 and TC measure the engine temp in different places to each other, so not comparable. Also, this is engine temp and not oil temp.

My PV is bar mounted and I was wondering when setting the temp gage what temp should we consider in the warning zone?
They might not overheat, but it seems like they spark knock a bunch once engine temps (as measured by PV) get over 275F. I was monitoring all this stuff while the bike was in bone stock trim and it spark knocked.

The topic of the thread has nothing to do with spark knock, but I'll indulge you.
Stock tuning runs on the ragged edge of lean for best fuel economy. It's normal for the system to sense and adjust for spark knock even under normal conditions. Temperature does affect that, but it's still not anything that needs to be addressed.
