I have the Twin Slash with the standard baffles. They sound decent.
V&H says they're available with "Competition" and "Quiet" baffles. I don't know which is standard, or if either baffle ships with them at all.
Edit: just read a thread in the exhaust section. Someone said he installed the V&H Twin Slash's on his Slim and says there's lots of exhaust popping on deceleration. He didn't mention which, if any, baffles he has installed.
Is yours popping on decel?

yes they pop. Ive tried adjusting the decel fuel once with my power vision. Still there. Its not so bad I feel like I have to get to correcting it right away. Next time Im doing something to the bike Ill adjust it some more.
i know for sure they do not come with the quiet baffles. Im pretty sure both the quiet baffles and the competition are replacement baffles. There definitely isnt much to them. The pipe is wide open. They sound fabulous under hard acceleration.
Thanks Gorion. Although it isn't clear from the V&H site there are actually 3 baffles; standard (what's pre-preinstalled), competition, and quiet. Assuming you have the standard baffles?

One last Q, do you run a different tune via a tuner?
There's a pretty good write up by another member in the exhaust forum regarding these slip ons, and he mentioned he's using the FP3 with the quiet baffle tune. But he didn't mention anything about popping. https://www.hdforums.com/forum/exhau...t-baffles.html
I appreciate your time, just trying to make an informed decision.
