It definitely looks like a 2019. Maybe it was a very late build and got registered as a 2020? That letter 'L' in the VIN indicates it's a 2020.

I agree. My guess would be the dealer attached the wrong photo to the ad. Bottom pic is a 2019 Wicked Red/Twisted Cherry.

Yes, It's the wrong bike in the ad. It should be a chrome 107 in billiard red/vivid black.
Like TriGeezed did, I should have spent a minute looking at what paint was/is available on the 2019 and 2020 Heritage classics.
