Default Handle bar problems

Hey everybody! Hope you’re all doing well, here’s the deal, I switched the handle bars on my 2020 FXBB, everything works great, I pulled the fuse before I started , but still the check engine light came on, I ran diagnostics and everything was cool except for ABS said N and I got a PN 40800074C code , anyone got any ideas what’s up with that? Thanks in advance

Sorry, no direct experience, but every couple of months there are similar posts about electrical problems post handlebar swap. The fix has usually been tracing the wiring and finding a connection that's dislodged, unexpectedly loose, or not been reconnected. Hope that helps.

Did you have to change the upper brake cable for these bars? If so, how did you bleed or flush the brake line?

Ive had this happen too.
After a few hours of riding it went out.
Make sure everything works before you ride... then go ride.

Default Thanks

Thanks everyone, I rechecked and did a more thorough zip tie job to super clean everything up and then cleared the codes and that seems to have done the trick, I think one of the connectors got loose when I put stuff back together the first time
