I want to add a light bar and some crash bars/ motor guards. What would you do first? Thanks for the help, I wish I could do them both at once but due to $$ not being unlimited have to go in stages. Thanks for the input and logic everyone.
My vote is for the engine (crash) guard first thing.
Even an experienced rider can fall over once in a while and that bar can save you some big bucks as well as personal injury.
Perhaps I'm a purist, but I have a friend who has a Switchback and he wants to add this and tha in order to make it look like somehing it isn't.
It is, of course his choice, but to me he's defeating the image of what that bike was designed to be......a small, lightweight cruiser.
If you remove any part(s) from your bike, carefully wrap them and out them away as you (or a future owner) may want them someday.
