My new 2021 Slim (only 300 miles) has developed this pulsing groan when coming to a stop. It even does it without applying the breaks while just coasting at a very low speed. Never did it for the first 200 miles or so. It doesn't affect breaking, just more so annoying. I did put it up on a jack and spun both front and rear wheels and there was a slight dragging sound on both wheels. Has anyone experienced this before? Something I should take it to the dealer for? Thanks.
Yep take it to the dealer, probably something to do with the final drive belt tension or one of the calipers, might want to inspect the calipers & the drive belt with a flashlight so see if there is anything that got lodged in there like a rock or something.
Personally I will ride it a bit more maybe brake pads are breaking in? Just 200 miles it is brand new. You will be back in 300 for 500 miles service so it would be good moment to check
You say the sound is there when just coasting to a stop, does the sound change when you apply the brakes?
Sound is pretty much the same regardless of if the brakes are being applied or not. Only comes on at very low speed as when coming to a stop. When jacked up I can spin the tire by hand and hear a constant "dragging" of both the front and rear brake pads but that noise isn't the same as when riding and coming to a stop.
Known issue on a lot of 18+ Softail models. There's a thread on here about it. One member even did a video. Don't plan on the dealer helping you. I just had my 1000 mile service and mine started when I got it back. It's a belt adjustment and a rear wheel alignment issue. I'm having a local shop fix it. Not the dealer. Some guys on here have taken it to the dealer 3+ times and the rear wheel still isn't aligned properly.

I came in here to say its most likely a belt too tight. Belt adjustment is very finicky on these Softails. Its compounded by the fact that the belt tightens considerably as the engine gets hot.
The belt deflection is also supposed to be checked using the HD tool and set with the rear wheel on the ground and the bike level per the manual. When this is done correctly most of the members reported the sound went away. Doing it this away seems to make the belt appear to tight to some "ole school" techs that normally go by feel alone. Creates the sound. I will comment on the thread that will make it go to the top of the Softail forum for all to see. Don't think I'm allowed to post a link here right?
Now that I think of it, Im an idiot. The noise started about the time that I relocated the license plate to a bracket made to go around the left side of the axle. I had to loosen the axle nut and slide the axle out slightly to fit the bracket in then re tighten. Didn't even think about it effecting the alignment. I will check this tonight when I get back home.
