I LOVE this bike - I nearly bought one. Its a great platform to make your own. Unlike most, I love the tank. One of my riding buddies has this bike and added extended pipes with a heavy up-sweep and fishtails, a custom king queen seat etc etc. Its out now for a 70s style lace paint job. You can really make your mark. As for folks who said its too simple, they just either dont get it or grew up after you bought a bike and changed it up... Its a great bike!! Cant wait to see your final photos. Ride safe!
OP Just curious, you look like you have a heck of a stable! What else is hiding out in there - pics? Awesome!!
Right now in the shop we got:
- 2020 Softail Standard (mine)
- 2006 Dyna streetbob (my partner's bike)
- 2019 Roadglide (Partner's father's bike)
- 2020 Indian challenger (Bike supplied by a good customer to develop parts for the Challenger)
- 2013 Dyna (Customer's bike)
I'll probably post something more detailed about the "OG bikes" (Softail standard, Dyna streetbob and Roadglide)
Nice. I have the same bike, what taillight is that? I will have to get the led next order they look like they make a difference.
That is the same aircleaner i have been wanting, does the bike need a tune to put that on?
Thanks, John.

HI John!
The taillight is the OEM one. I think that is specific to Canadian bikes. I plan to get rid of it pretty soon. Let me know if you want it! The rear signals are from my shop : www.originalgaragemoto.com
Yes, you need to recalibrate the ECM if you want to maximize the fuel injection with a new air cleaner and (soon) exhaust.
Finally had the chance to install my Stealth 2-1 exhaust .
It is the 2nd Stealth exhaust that uses on a personal bike and I'm super happy with it. Easy to install and maintain, great sound, and good performance.
The intake, exhaust, and ECU calibration really woke her up!!! More than happy with this setup.
