Payson: It does seem to lean a little more but the stability is the same. Keep in mind the kit only lowers the rear about 1.3 inches. That does not mean the middle drops that much and the front should
not drop at all.
It did create one problem that any of the kits will create. I have a J&S jack stand. Before the kit I had to hold the bike upright to squeeze the jack under it. Now with the lowering kit it won't fit by doing that.
I bought a one inch board (about 18" long) and roll the back tire up on that and have my wife hold the bike up while I pump the jack until it levels the bike. Small price to pay for the drop in height.
Maybe a different jack or a bike higher than a Fatboy would not have any problem.
The pictures in my Signature and my Avatar are with the lowering kit if that helps. I don't have anything under the stand in the pictures.
I put the Kodlin rear lowering kit in and the HD Profile front lowering kit 45500427 which requires jiffy stand 50000156. I am not sure it would have sit on the side stand with the stock jiffy stand.
I put the kit on my wife's Slim. She has to lean the bike slightly to the right to get the jiffy stand down but it rests nicely on the stand once you get it down. A little shorter stand would be better.
