Chirping from intake.

Chirping from intake.
I am getting a chirping/whistle from the intake sometimes on my 2018 Heritage 114. Stock a/c, K&N element , V&H Eliminator 300's and PV with FM canned tune. It only does it at an idle and just off idle. This morning I pulled the element and the chirping stopped, put it back on and it started again. Any ideas as to what is causing this? Thanks for any help.
