I am looking for the best "lowest" cost not horrible sounding though. For me I want a deep low rumble but not super loud. Looks like this is not going to be an easy decision to make. Thanks for all the replies...

But why? Its a bike worth over 20k, don't cut corners to save 200 bucks. Give it a nice quality slip on. The prices are probably gonna range from 250-500. Remember as you start to cut corners, the quality suffers. You will run into small things, like the mufflers not fitting with the gaskets as well as mounting problems or finish issues. The exhaust is probably the the biggest and most important mod you will do to your bike. As I'm reading more, it seems the Vance and Hines may not have a big enough opening to accompany for the stock gasket. I spoke to my dealer and he said they are using a pipe expander to fit. Maybe they are doing that because Vance and Hines doesn't require a gasket and they are a dealer trying to keep emissions in tack, who knows. After learning that, I'm leaning toward the Cobra Neighbor Haters RPT, but still looking. The Cobra's instructions require the stock gasket, which I like. I've dealt with plenty of slip-on installs over the years and if I can avoid the copper gasket maker and leaks I will.
I bought a used set of S&s slash cuts with the cats for $200. They go for $450 new. They gave the bike some decent sound. More importantly they allowed me to put some miles on the bike with out voiding my warranty. Then after some miles did Bassani with power vision and forfeited the second year of my warranty. Find a set of used S&s slip ons with the cats ,
your bike will run fine with no tuner and you will not sacrifice low end torque. It will sound like a Harley. Stock m8s sound like $hit. I also sold my S&s mufflers and made my money back.

If you're shopping on a budget, read your Owner's Manual IRT warranty...best bang = keep stock, or void the warranty. Other option is to have dealer install & keep warranty in-tact, but then you're paying dealer price.

So if I buy aftermarket and install myself I void the factory warranty? I don't want any of that! I'll take my time and pick out a set and have the dealer install them.

No. Get some TAB slip ons with zombie baffles. They are not free but you will smile when you start the bike.
