I’ve had 3 seats done, and if I get a new Harley one day I won’t hesitate to send it in.
You tell them what issues you are having and they will advise what can be done. My stock seats caused burning, and tailbone pain. I had the double decker memory foam with the tailbone channel, and prostate channel cut. Talk about make a difference.
I had a SG seat done by them. Quality of work was excellent.
However the seat was not the answer for me.
Many people have had great success, their mods might do the trick for you.
Im actually on the fence for trying to get my Sport Glide seat reworked by them. It feels as thought it has too much crown in it , like the center is too high.
