I just happen to see this in New Posts.
I'm sure there are a good number of folks here to answer.
Of the 3 people I know here local to me that have used Mean City Cycles all have been very pleased with the results.
1 Heritage 1 Road Glide 1 Street Glide
My extra seat that was going to MCC keeps getting borrowed while their seat is getting done.
I know they do a great job on the touring bikes, but I think there is less to work with on the Softail Heritage. I was hoping for a larger passenger pillion without it looking too huge.
I had them work on a tiny sport bike's seat (Honda Grom-sized). Talk about not much to work with!
The result was excellent. When it was time, I rode that thing 700 miles to trade it in, and the seat was just fine the whole way. The stock seat was a weapon of *** destruction after maybe 30 miles, so the improvement was tremendous.
Wife had her 2018 Heritage seat modified by Mean City to remove an inch of foam, narrow the nose and add a heater. She's 5'2" the seat mods lowered the seat height and made it easier to flat foot. The heater keeps her happy riding on cold days. Great and fast service.
