Hello, I'm new to the forum. I have a 2018 Harley-Davidson Softail Breakout 114. I just replaced my stock plug wires with the Screaming Eagle 10mm ones. Now It seems to be running a little rough. Does the bike need to be retuned? Anyone else have this issue?

Honestly Ive never had very good luck with SE plugs or Plug wires . Ive always found the originals to be better performers and far more consistent.
Use dielectric grease on the ceramic part of the spark plug and the outer side on the coil.
The wires will slide on better and make a better sealed contact.
Your wires are prolly not on far enough to make a good connection.
Welcome from Western Canada.
I just installed these on my Sport Glide. There was one plug connection and one coil connection I had to play with (not really fight) to get them to connect correctly. You may have not pushed some of these on the plug or coil correctly. I recommend pulling them back off the plugs and coil and reseating and trying again.
Did you make sure that the spark plug wires "CLICK" all the way down onto the terminal? Also did you check your spark plug gap?
I think the SE 10mm plug wires are carbon core wires of the like, so you will get something around 5k ohms per foot of wire--which is considered good. Also, if you measure the center electrode of the plugs themselves they should be around 5k ohms I believe too, granted they are not completely carbon fouled.
