They are seated and not crisscrossed. I thought at first they may not have been seated, but they were.

I've found the plugs on 2 of the last 3 bikes I've owned have been very loose from the factory. Almost hand tightened. Surprised the heck out of me. Not sure if you have checked that yet.

No problems on a "20 Softail Standard 107 install. Had to really work on one to click in. Pretty deep wells. I would work on them some more and make sure they're fully seated. You'll get em

Maybe just one of the new wires is bad. Try swapping back the original wires one at a time to see if you find a bad wire?
Just a thought.

Good luck! (watching this thread as I was going to swap my stock ones for SE)

No issues - put them on mine when the originals started to crack....

The OEM wires are difficult to remove on the plug end. What tools did you use to get them off? Is it possible that a plug was inadvertently cracked in the process? Go in reverse of install and recheck everything. Pull the plugs and make sure the ceramic isn't cracked. Test the wires, then reassemble with dielectric.

Double check that you didn't connect them incorrectly. A prominent member on this forum who is technically capable made that mistake. It can happen. Assume nothing.
