Screaming eagle plug wires
I switched the plug wires to the screaming eagle 10 mm wires and now I have a kinda knock/tap/clicking noise at idle. I made sure all the plugs wire caps were seated. Not sure if its normal with the bigger wires or if I have a bad wire. Before I tear it back down does anyone have any knowledge of this.

Just as an FYI, the screamin eagle 10mm plug wires I believe are a carbon core type spark plug wire. You can measure the resistance at the terminals and help determine if the wires have good, realistic continuity. I'm on a softail--so my plug wires are a little different lengths. At any rate, I think I remember measuring my longest spark plug wire being around 5k ohms while the shorter one was obviously less. The plugs should also be a resistor type too and in the range of 5k ohms when measuring the center electrode. It seems the clicking noise you might have been experiencing was arcing. You must have good ears...and/or quiet pipes.
