I have a 2018 FXBB that I am attempting an indicator delete and using a No School Choppers 33-36 Ford Tail Light for plate/run/brake lighting. The light has 2 wires for running and brake (housing is ground). The OEM plate lighting is black/black and each indicator is blue/purple/black.
Blue = Running
Purple = Brake / Turn signal
Black = Ground
Got it. Thanks. I ended up doing a indicator delete, but it looks like I would have needed a Custom Dynamics harness to accomplish the job, if I wanted to keep my indicators.
I actually purchased 2 CD dual converters on Amazon ($10 ea) because I added a fender brake/turn signal light on my breakout and was going to do a turn signal delete. But instead I just used it as a 3rd brake light only and installed mini turn signals to replace the OEM big ones..

I may eventually go that route, but Im putting a new rear fender on my FXBB that doesnt accommodate a lot of lights.
Amazon sells an LED Strip that you can get with or without the turn signals. I used one on my Sportster (before selling it) and worked great.
here are a few to get an idea.
