Thats good to know! I saw on google that it now say's permanently closed. So I called my credit card company (capital one) and filed a dispute. I gave them all the information, why it took so long to dispute it, proof of contact, etc. So they credited me the full amount and reached out to the company. The company has a chance to dispute it but they need to show proof that the product was shipped and delivered to my address which obviously they don't have. I'm glad I'm not the only one dealing with this ****. I would call your credit card company and also file a dispute. His business is right near a family friend that I fly to and visit often. I've thought about paying him a visit but know nothing good would come of it. He has 90 days to dispute it, **** that guy. On a more positive note I bought a Sawicki 2 into 1 exhaust, It looks and sounds good. Hope you get your issue resolved.

I had an issue with them last month too. I ordered one of their pipes from another company that had it in stock. The pipe was completely different than the photos and didnt fit. Patrick took over a week to get a return label, it took a couple calls and e-mails from the shop to get it, he never returned my calls. Turns out he doesnt manufacture them anymore and a company in North Carolina names prototitan does. At least thats what the vender told me and thats where the return label was for. I ended up filing a PayPal claim and found an HPI pipe in stock from Rebels Den cycle
