So first post on HD forums and I wish it was under better circumstances. Anyway I purchased a custom built exhaust from a small company out of New Orleans named "Royal-T Racing". His work is incredible and the welds are damn near perfect, on top of that I have found a couple of Lowrider S owners that have this exhaust and it sounds amazing. I purchased this exhaust in March 3rd 2021... yes a year ago. They have a 10 week lead time and then it takes roughly 6 to 8 weeks to build.I reached out to the company, they said they were backed up and would work on it in the following month. End of June I spoke with a man named "Dumptruck" who said they are finishing somethings up and should be shipped off soon, he answered additional questions and was helpful. July and August I haven't heard anything from the company and called numerous times. September I spoke with someone and said they hit a steel shortage due to covid and was looking for a new supplier and said "we will ship the exhaust soon". November they stopped answering calls and their new voicemail says they are under new management. I have reached out multiple times through calls, email, and other various social media platforms and have not gotten a response. I have submitted a complaint recently to BBB, the custom exhaust was $1300.00 and have nothing to show for it. I'm pretty lost and hoping someone may have went through a similar and has some advice to offer. I like supporting small local businesses and genuinely loved this guys work, I waited this long because I know skilled work isn't cheap and cheap work isn't skilled, (possible) supply shortages like they mentioned and shipping delays. I attached some images like a redacted invoice and me trying to make contact with the owner, I have also attached a link to their website. Thanks in advance for the advice. https://www.royaltracing.com/ Trying to contact the owner Invoice

That is unfortunate, I wish that your circumstance were different.
I have their exhaust on my 2020 FXLRS. Got mine at the latter end of 2020 and received it at the forecasted window (3-to-5 months). As you are, already, aware the craftsmanship and quality is excellent.
My interaction with Patrick was positive. Dont know him, never met him, I ordered just like you did.

I'm tellin ya call the fraud division. You guy's were hoodwinked. I know of a company that built custom pistols that took peoples money and didn't deliver and he was brought up on fraud charges.

I hope you get your situation straightened out.
I'm honestly jealous you got yours. I bet it sounds awesome and definitely enjoy it!
