Default Fender Skirts

I just purchased a 2019 Heritage and as it turns out I just realized the previous owner removed the front and rear fender skirts. He removed some other parts too but that's another story. I have not yet taken delivery of the bike. The dealer is is still doing some mods

I've been searching EVERYWHERE - eBay and all the other aftermarket companies, and finding nothing to replace. The skirts are an OEM part and as 2018+ Heritage owners know, the aftermarket sector is v e r y s l o w with compatible parts. I did find a few OEM parts companies. And as you might guess, One is $50 and the other is almost $60!! Yeah sorry, I have a problem with that. Was hoping to locate something more in $25 range. Its chrome plated plastic FFS And as one might guess, most folks will just leave the trim on. If not, they would probably sell the whole fender with all the trim attached - as a package.

The stock OEM parts are rather minimal. See sample pics. I just want to dress it up with something. Mainly since there are holes there LOL A big fat chrome piece is not time-period correct but who cares if it looks good. What I did find was a black one (front) on eBay which was titled "fits Tri Glide" but in the compatible search in the listing, it says it will fit my 2019 Heritage also. I did some additional research and found the identical chrome part available on the HD parts website.

That said, questions:
*Does anyone with experience know if that would actually be true? Would it fit?
*Looks like late 90s to 2013 Road King fenders look similar? Front bend anyway. That would be too easy
*If so, does it mount 100% on the fender or does it mount near the bottom and hang down? Bottom line it needs to wrap ALL the way around to look right.

One additional note, the front fender is designed with a bend outwards back near the fork (see other pic). If a replacement part does seem to fit, I may have to mount it low to help clear most of that without too much custom bending. When eBay says it will fit, does that mean the holes actually line up? If not, it might fit the fender to wrap all the way around but I might have to drill new holes and go below the fender bend.

Such a stupid thing but it looks "unfinished" without that trim.

Thanks in advance!
