Default Need Help with Front Fender Skirt

I want to add a front fender skirt but ran into a problem. I bought one from HD that showed to fit but, it was for the type of fender that has the shorter, squared off profile like this one....

Mine has the full rounded profile like this:

Is there a skirt that will fit my style of fender? I think mine is a earlier FLH style fender. I assume that it would mount with screws about 3" from the rear bottom edge. Any thoughts?

If that's an original fender, then it wasn't made for a skirt. I would go with "mine is earlier than yours" and it looks like your first pic. I took mine off. After I destroyed the 2nd one in my driveway, I gave up on them. My friend with a twinkie dresser did the same.

My fender is not original. Probably aftermarket as it had no holes for any trim and didnt have the stud welded on the front for a bumper. I have since added all of the trim. Ive seen the same fender with a skirt that did not extend past the bottom edge. It was mounted with 4 screws, 2 on each corner, top and bottom, of the skirt. I think it was an early 80's FLH but, Im not sure.

Well, if that's aftermarket, then I'm going with "a stock fender skirt ain't gonna fit." Unless you modify it up. The pic of your bike makes the fender look longer than a stock one. You could take a stock skirt and hack it up, drill some holes, etc., and make it fit and look nice. It woudl probably end at where your current fender ends. You really don't want it much lower. Trust me on that.

Looks like the same as the FLH one? Do you just not like the FLH logo?
