Is that a "replacment plastic" ? And which height and headlight opening did you chose ?

Thx !
I used the "replacement glass for Heritage Softail" as shown here: Replacement Plastic for Heritage, Fat Boy w/ Detachable King Size Windshield. (memphisshades.com)

I went with the 21" height.

If you go this route you will also need Harley-Davidson part no. 58428-94 and 58431-94 horizontal windshield braces.

I was getting a lot of buffeting with the stock screen on my '19 Heritage. I am 5' 10". I put the fangs on, and that was of great benefit in reducing severe pants flap. Next, I tried the 17" Freedom Shields recurve. That didn't help. Lastly, I tried the 19" FS recurve. No good luck. I refuse to go to a 21", as I detest having to look thru a windscreen. So I ditched the shields, and just ride with my full face modular Shoei helmet in the clean air. As long as I keep it under 70, it is not bad at all. Beats the hell out of bobbing my skull around with the useless windscreens. YMMV. If anyone wants a clean lightly used windscreen as described above, PM me.
