Mine can get choppy on bumpy roads. As soon as I bought the bike I felt it lacked damping at both ends, particularly rebound. It could be solved fairly easily without a silly-expensive upgrade, but as it rides perfectly on smooth roads, it's not top of my agenda. Might be when I've cammed it and tuned it with a new exhaust.. I'm used to European supernakeds that can be very harsh on poor surfaces, so the LRS isn't that bad. I think you feel it more because the effect is amplified by the riding position.

How does the rear make the front bounce?

the rear wheel was replaced? Or was the tire changed and the whole thing balanced?

Should be easy to spot a wheel or tyre that's out of true if you spin it against a pointer with the bike on a stand.

I've had that before with poorly seated tyres.

Had that with my 2020 FXLR, read of others on here that had the same problem. For me it was the front tire, supposedly a bad band, new front tire, bounce went away.
