Ty for that statement bduds65....lol Im lucky im in 1/2 way between the north and the south im in NC and yes it is cold in the mornings (27-39 degrees ) but the temperature goes up to (55-60) in the afternoon just in time to get off work so dealing with the freezing temp in the morning for 20 min ride is worth in the afternoon on the LONG way home 2 hours......lol.
Even if it was riding weather here tomorrow there's so much damn ice and snow on my street I couldn't leave the driveway lol. I just start it 3-4x a week and let it idle in the garage. Haven't even put 5 miles on it since the cam swap 2 months ago. I'm fiending

This harms the engine. It's better to leave it sit and keep it on a battery tender than it is to start it and not ride it.
