Default 22 FLFBS handlebars

Hi, First time posting and first time Harley owner. I have 22 Fatboy and I'm looking to change up my riding position slightly. I have installed the Hammock seat from Harley and my stock handlebar while it is great and i like it, my hand are a bit low. I'm looking to change it up to something a bit higher but not looking for apes either. I saw some in the P&A catalog form Harley and was wondering if anyone had any experience with these? BTW my bike doesn't have ABS and many handlebars say it will not fit bikes without abs, any reason why ?

Welcome,

Handlebars have nothing to do with ABS or not, they fit both bikes.

I would suggest the Arlen Ness Low Pro handlebars. They're 7inch rise, and have a 1inch spacer to make them 8inch rise. They're easy to wire, and allow individual adjustment of how far the bars twist backwards towards the rider.

Check out KST Kustoms: https://www.kstkustoms.com/

You can even have them prewire the new handlebars if that's what you want.

Don't know how much higher you want. I put the 4" curved pullback riser on mine. Didn't have to change any cables/lines, but the brake was a little tight, so I put a +4 brake line on it.
