Great job, love it!
It's a style that's been lost to the cookie cutter club style bikes of today.
Couldnt agree more, nothing against them or there style, but i think most just run what the bike has. the loss of that look is all fault of Harley, one of the most iconic traits dropped by the way.
they could have easily offered a bike of this style, rather than 6 others with the same look.

@stormin08 I have to believe that H-D would have sold considerably more Low Rider Ss with your rear fender mod. I'm guessing they were intent on using their stock of standard fender and taillight/license plate assemblies. I would love to have your mod along with mid foot controls moved down and back.

that was kind of my point, it wouldnt be a LRS, but yet another model option that didnt have a dumpy rear end. the Fatboy and breakout fender have a very slight style cue to these fenders...but it just wasnt enough for me.
a rear set or lower mid set control would be pretty interesting.

My ninja 1000 sport touring. I had to do the seat and bar extension’s to get comfortable. I also did the peg lowering kit. Too bad there was not something similar and so easy to install for the fxlrs. It lowered the pegs a little over an inch.

nice work, I like it a lot, especially since I find that the original mounting with the plate perched on the fender is really horrible as well as the original light too prominent ...
but why didn't you try a Fat Bob fender?
