Default question about frames

hey guys does anyone know if all soft tail frames from 2018 and up are structurally the same? I have a 2020 lowrider s that I bought as a project but the more I dig the more I am beginning to think my frame is bent and I honestly am not sure how to go about replacing it threw Harley if that is something they would even do.

The answer is to check the part numbers of the frames, for example in the 2018 parts catalogue there are 4 different frames listed for different models, the extra part numbers are the bearing caps & jiffy stand pad. (1 may just be different as it is Matt not gloss finish.
So I have a 2018 Deluxe and the Frame is #47000126, if I look up a 2020 model on Ronnies H-D parts finder it has the same frame number and also a price!

2018 Parts Book

Now the issue with getting a new frame is going to be is finding a dealer who will supply it, as this is what I understand was the process, the dealer had to verify it with H-D it was a genuine H-D suppled bike and give the frame number, H-D would supply the dealer with a frame & I believe it would be stamped with the original or if not a new suitable frame number.
So a lot of dealers will not do this if they are not doing the work!
Also for a dealer to do it and replace a frame it is normally not cost effective because of the labour costs!

The other option is to have the frame checked by a specialist, here in the UK we used have specialists who had a Motoliner Frame jig that did not require the bike to be fully stripped to check/straighten the frame, far cheaper than replacing the frame if it can be done!

Example of Motorliner service
