Hate the clamshell bag design. Have to play tetris with items so the doors close properly like fitting ingredients in a sandwich, and they feel cheap...

@morooster I'm putting THESE Viking Bags on, give them a look. Full size touring bags on anything other than a touring look odd to me

Why is it so hard for some to lock them? To the point you’re calling them junk?

Is it that much work to turn a key?

And where is it stated by the manufacturer that you “shouldn’t have to”??

I'm sure being in Austin you haven't had much time to test, but how do they hold up in the rain. Had a bike with those in Hawaii (older version) and they leaked pretty bad.

I wish I could answer this question but we haven't had any significant rain in a long, long time and we really need it.
