The tap drill size for a 1/4-20 helicoil cutting tap is a "H" drill .2660 diameter and a thread forming roll tap is .288 dia
You would have to post up a picture(s) of the problem
The helicoil kit had everything needed. I didnt have room to drill out the hole but figured with the treads stripped Id just tap slowly and hope for the best. Oil and a slow in and back out a little at a time and all worked out perfectly. Fixed
Hog Workkz bags and Freedom Exhaust installed. Just a few issues but nothing insurmountable
Beautiful! That's what I have had in mind for my Heritage but been a little afraid of pulling the trigger on the Freedom Performance exhaust after reading some of the reviews.

Thanks, the Freedom Performance exhaust is a real good looking system and seems to be high quality, particularly the chrome. I did end up swapping the baffles with the quiet baffle as the performance baffle was way too loud for my liking. The quiet baffle is still loud but definately works. I havent seen any noticeable decrease or increase in performance on the 107, so Im not making any tuning changes. The only change I made to tuning on this bike originally was to richen it up just a bit, nothing more. It runs good!
If you dont mind me asking did you see some negative reviews about the exhaust? It takes a bit to get them after ordering but seems well worth the wait...And they are American made...Me likes that!
