Is this connector located in the frame cavity? I am in the process of installing heated grips and it would be very easy to hook them up if it is already on the motorcycle. I have not seen this connector in the electrical drawings but would like to know what circuit it comes from.

I agonized over the heated grip plug when i discovered it after a bar removal. Yes, it is for a heated grip.
