We need more details on the conversion. I've seen quite a few mentions of converting the ST to either the single S gauge or a dual gauge setup but never see much in the way of P/N's to help with the build. Any help is appreciated because I definitely want to go the direction of a dual gauge setup.

I believe going from single analog to duel and vise Versa is just getting the right pig tail. To go from the st digitali to analog you can call fxr division in airizona. He will advise.

@DC2009EGUC Do some more research, I did it on my 23 LRST. The dealer had to flash the speedo in order for it to work but it does, and it's great. I used the Thrashin' relocation bracket and cup but there are plenty of other options
Glad to hear you got it to work. Just did the round S gauge swap onto my '24 LRST and it's been an improvement, but there have been a few hiccups. The main benefits are having a functional tachometer and placing the information in my line of sight and not down there somewhere. The speedometer readout is still white digital text and it blends in with the other white data so I'd say that's not helpful. I'm pretty sure that's going to get me a ticket.
Not sure if it's the wrong gauge, broken gauge, bad wiring, or something else, but the red light is always on, the ABS light stays on for a few miles and the traction control light doesn't ever light. The gauge has the TC icon but it doesn't light, even during the power up sequence. The shop says they flashed it, and they've been good so far and I expect that they'll figure it out eventually, but maybe there is some special software that only the dealer has. That may be the next step but I don't want to go to the dealer, ever, except when I buy another...

PSR short levers
It's comfy now.
Run your hazards for no less than two minutes with just the power switch on not the bike running, will give the bike time to figure out the set up and it will take care of the security light (red) being on all the time. not sure about the other lights as I never ran into that problem. Put an S gauge on my 2023 ST and never did any type of flash from the dealer and it runs fine. Did have the same problem with the red light always being on, then I remembered the hazard trick from an older bike, when changing lights out, so gave it a try. As I said all works fine now. Just did it again on my LRS after changing the front and rear blinkers and it did the trick for me again as all is fine.
Hope that helps with your set up, bike looks good.
