When checking out longer clutch cable, is it outside/sheathe that would be used as the measurement?
My taller bars came with an fbi extension and i got extra slack in it now. Instead of using a shorter extension, I was just going to get a new upper clutch cable, but unsure if i need to measure the outer/sheathe/jacket , or the cable itself.
While I'm not disputing the above recommendations of where to measure, I've yet to see from Harley, anywhere, what the spots are they are measuring from. Be it the stock cables, or their alternative length cables.
