My local ACE Hardware has a lock box with all types and sizes of chrome bolts.

The HD 10x24 and 12x24 screw/bolts can be had to find locally. I searched on eBay and found what I wanted. Had to wait for a few days to receive them, but I got exactly what I wanted.
Ace Hardware, NAPA, or Granger can be a local source. Also, look around your area for a locally own, non chain, hardware store.
