I have their true dual fishtails on my Hydraglide. I'm very happy with the setup; there were some installation problems with a bracket that had to be altered. They did not return my installer's phone calls so he had to figure it out by himself
I have their sharp curve radius 2-2 on two of my bikes. The plus is they are arguably the best performing 2-2 on the market for those platforms. The downside is their CS is horrific. They dont respond to voicemail, email or warranty requests. I have chrome tips on the one pipe and the chrome began peeling off after less than a year of use. Garage kept, seldomly ridden bike too. In a nutshell, the pipes perform well, long-term quality is debatable, the company is ****.
That is sad . They have many different options for exhaust. Im still debating I love the 2 to 1 with the turn out
That's the way I felt about the true dual fishtails I bought. I figured that I would not be using their customer service, since I know they had a bad rep. I'm happy I bought them and so far so good after the install.
I had no problem with them if you are ordering from them, but they did say at the time, if is special order, they build the exhaust when they get 10 orders in for that specific bike,so it is usually any where from 4 to12 weeks, hope that helps.
