Question riser bolt removal

hi all hope everyone is well
i have just purchased a set of riser extenders for my fat bob 2019 and have to remove the old bolts to fit the risers and extentions on
the issue is that the risers hava a threaded bar that goes down through the top yolk which i need to remove as the new bolts go in from underneath
what is the best way to remove the studs from the risers
many thanks

Vise grips. If you screw up the threads on the studs not a big deal if you're not going to reuse them.
