Hello all, Has anyone relocated the preload adjuster from under the seat to somewhere more accessible? It the hose long enough? I ask because I am wearing out my fender removing the seat to adjust 3 times a week. i am 200, when my wife rides with me we are 400, so I need to adjust. I looked at a bunch of aftermarket units, and they dint have the weight capacity that the stock one does, so I am looking to just relocate if possible. I can make any mounting bracket needed.

 

Wilber and Hyperpro will both let you custom weight a shock properly epm performance in the USA should be able to get you towards the correct product.
The old M8 softail design has a bracket for the stock RAP shock, you might be able to see how that installs.
