'23 Softail Standard Handlebars
My son has a '23 Softail Standard. I'm planning to get him a set of handlebars for Christmas. He lives about 2 hours from me so taking measurements off his bike isn't feasible.
From what I can find online, the clamp size is 1", though some sites say 1.25". Some sites also show the stock bars as 8" and some show 10". Furthermore, I've read that I can go up to 12" without needing longer throttle or clutch cables.
Can anyone confirm this?
A: Clamp size
B: Stock rise
C: Can he run 12" bars without new throttle and clutch cables?
Any help is appreciated!

According to the Harley Davidson site parts, the clamp size is 1". The height isn't discernable, but I doubt that it changed from the 2020 models. Wiring extensions are available from Custom Dynamics (https://www.customdynamics.com/handl...avidson-models). You can get a clutch cable extender from Fat Baggers or a complete clutch cable from Magnum Shields. Throttle is wire, not cable. Brake line would be Magnum Shields also.

As far as my son, he's got about 2" on me. I figured 14s on his would be a good place to start, especially if the stockers are 10s.
