People have crushed the sensor overtorquing when they put the wheel back on.
If it refuses to stop throwing codes, it's probably just damaged.
Where does he say he removed the wheel?

So after changing my front pads and fluid and swapping bars with extensions…

I just removed it to grease the axle since I don't know when the last time it was done if ever.

You’re throwing an ABS code and you didn’t think to mention you had removed the wheel? 🫤

Good luck!

I asked in my op if I could of put the sensor in backwards. You have to remove the wheel to get the sensor off.

This is gonna sound stupid, but did you put the wheel on reversed? It matters, abs bearing on one side only.

No I have a single disk up front so it can only go on one way.

Sure that's not coming from the ABS do to it having air in it?

How did you do the fluid change? Did you fire the ABS?

Pull a grip and foot pressure as hard as heavy braking for one minute. Lever or pedal should not drop.

If you got a good brake. The front spins freely, ride it cautiously and see if it goes away after getting up the 15 mph or so for a block or so.
