I'm trying not to be to cynical, because I really do love my new 2025 Street Glide Ultra, but today I tried enabling my Phone Hotspot so that I would have WIFI while riding. I wanted to test the weather updates through the IFCU. Then discovered that weather is disabled while the bike is moving. lol. I've always been able to stop and grab my phone to look at radar. So what's the benefit of having weather through the IFCU?
I think my biggest hang-up is still the NAV not having a "North Up" option, those ridiculously large Gas Station icons, and the poor contrast between the NAV background and roadways. Unless you have a route programmed, it's extremely hard to see roads because they are only slightly lighter in color than the background.
Yeah, I agree about the uselessness of having a feature that doesnt work in motion. Using CarPlay, the weather radar app works, but only updates something like every 10 minutes. Another useless feature, but more a CarPlay screw up than HD. Ive had to resort to looking up at the sky to see whats happening, like in the Stone Age. I kid, I kid. Still love the new bikes and that is quirky. Youre right
So I downloaded the new 5057D software and now I have a fault code for ABS and TC on my '24 SG and can't seem to clear them.
Anyone else having these issues?
I don't know what you have tried but those two lights come on normally when you start up and don't go off until you ride down the road. I can't see an Infotainment update causing ABC or traction control issues.
I have been getting a ABS torque error... but I think it has to do with my PV4 I just installed, not the update. or it hates that I bleed the brakes....
