When you say you were using navigation, do you mean the built in nav or Apple or Google Maps nav? What I discovered is that when using Apple nav through Car Play, even with the prompt volume maxed in the infotainment system, I still could not hear it. I found that the volume for the Apple nav was actually controlled by the volume control on my Cardo headset. Once I turned that up more I was GTG. When using Google Maps through Car Play I can't hear the prompts and nothing on the bike or headset helps.

Factory Nav that I'm still upset cost me an extra $350...
I don't have an Apple device and I'm still upset that Google dropped support for 2 wheels so I have no Android Auto... I could buy the adapter things but eh.
I am having the same problem with my new 2025 RG. I have the Cardo SC Edge unit in a Schuberth C5. It worked perfectly with my old
BMW's GPS unit, but can't find a way to get the Apple Car Play Google Maps prompts to a level where I can hear them.
Google maps works fine, but I can just barely hear the prompts.
