BAD Dealers and Experiences
Their Sales and Parts departments: Good. They do what they're supposed to. They over priced, but that's cool, it makes me feel better when I go elsewhere and get a better deal.
Their Service department...STAY AWAY. They have teenagers working back there. No kidding...
Everytime I've taken my bike there it comes home with a new scratch. The latest experience was one to write home about. After parts fell off my bike upon getting it home and I cordially mentioned the next day to the manager what happened prefacing my statement with, "I'm not out to get anyone, everyone here is trying to make a living" his response was, "well, like any service department things like this happen and you just have to let us know, we'll fix it when you bring it back in...etc etc etc".
@ $65/hr and usually having to take a day off work to make it in during their hours I would hope that I get to get it done right the FIRST time.
Sometimes people forget you're PAYING for a service, but in a military town soldiers would burn $20's to stay warm in the winter if they weren't told otherwise.
I started to take a short ride around the local area this afternoon and got a "Check Engine Light" in the first 100 feet on the road. Bike seemed to be running ok so I changed direction and rode the 47 miles up I-95 to Big Moose Harley in South Portland ME. The bike missed a few times on the way up and the cruise control did not work. When I got there the service manager came out got the bike and hooked it up to the computer to read the codes - which indicated a fault in the twist grip sensor - he then had a mechanic put it on the dyno to verify the codes. They replaced the sensor with a Screaming Eagle version which eliminates the connecter within the handle bar. I elected to have them change the bars to the heritage style while they had things disassembled. Bottom line is that I got there about 2 pm and left the shop at 4:45 with the new bars and senor installed. I dont think I could have received better support or service. BRAVO ZULU to Big Moose Harley in general and to Trever (service manager)and Jessie (mechanic) for the job they did for me today. Off my soap box now.

Chopper Zoo of Fort Lauderdale
Where do we start.....
Had work performed costing over $7000.00
Results:
Bike catching on fire, fuses popping, oil lights on, no neutral in new tranny, faulty and dangerous wiring, false documentation stating 107 ci when really it is a 98ci, improper installations and so on....
these guys are just crooks, my documents and receipts prove it!
My receipts clearly state the work that was done, come to find out from the manufacturer (Revolution) that the kit they said they installed does not fit on my bike. 88ci to a 107ci bolt on
and they are affiliated with OCC, wow.....
Everything stated here has been photo documented and many eye witnesses to all that has happened.
this is an example of the work they perform:
