Default Biketronics 2180 Mounting direction
Mounting my new Biketronics 2180 on my new Sony Radio today..


Question is if you mount it with connections facing forward like they suggest, Will the fairing fit back on easily??
Seems like it sticks out to far ( 6 3/4 inchs)


I could go get some double stick tape and run a strip down the middle of the bottom of the amp and mount it sideways


How did all ya mount them?

Mounted my 4180, which is wider than the 2108, like suggested. Have a built-in amp mounting shelf with my V-Twin radio mount and have no problems on placement.

Mine would be like this ...right to the top of the Sony

I did a mock up
shined a light in there
looks like a 1 inch of clearance


I do more checkin
I don't know how hot these amps get
