I've been back to the dealer several times, they updated the software, changed to "classic mode", made all my Favorites and Presets JUMPDRIVE only to have WB, FM, AM or the occasional Media play when I turn it on.

Sounds like the Harley SOP. Deny, deny, deny there's any problem then next year they roll out an "improved" infotainment system and by "improved" they means they fixed the all problems with the original design or equipment they rolled out on $28k bikes.
