My 07 Harmon Kardon always played CD. I never had to reset to CD unless I disconnected the battery or accidentally bumped the toggle on the bars.
I've been back to the dealer several times, they updated the software, changed to "classic mode", made all my Favorites and Presets JUMPDRIVE only to have WB, FM, AM or the occasional Media play when I turn it on.
If I shut off any electronic whether it be my PC, TV or my cell phone it will always be right where it was. WTH is with this Infotainment?

this among many other issues with this infotainment system are on every 14 and up new owner's "to get fixed but no fix available" list.

And to top it off the dealer tells me they nor HD have had any other complaints regarding this issue.

Sounds like the Harley SOP. Deny, deny, deny there's any problem then next year they roll out an "improved" infotainment system and by "improved" they means they fixed the all problems with the original design or equipment they rolled out on $28k bikes.

That's what they (Milwaukee, not the dealer) said about the fairing brackets on the bat wings. Yet they redesigned the brackets after they they repeatedly told me that "There have been no reported issues with those brackets".

I think they're trained to memorize this BS script they use on everyone by Mother HD. They've got all kinds of issues with this infotainment system and they know it.
