On the lowers, the 7.1 speakers in the fairing and tour pack sound much better than the 6.5's but nothing out of place. When riding on the road with the radio turned up I can actually feel the 7.1 dead in my chest and the 6.5's on my shins! At first I thought it was the wind but when I slowed down to make a turn out in the country and left the music up it was the 6.5's I could feel on my legs.
So far the only speakers I'm not impressed with are the 6x9's in the saddlebags, after I add another 4180 amp if I'm still not happy I might have to look at some Pioneers in the lids or something? The tweeters are loud and clear but they don't move any where near the air as the 6.5's or the 7.1's when I have them all playing.
I thought about playing with the fade but the rear 7.1's sound just as good as the fronts, guess I just had a higher expectation from a 6x9 speaker?
