I plan on changing all 4 of my speakers in my 2014 ultra limited out to the infinity kappas, I would like to run one amp so that way I still have room later under the faring for when I add speakers to my lids. Anyone have a recommendation on an amp? I was thinking of the pbr300x4 for the speakers but worried about the 2ohm impedance on the 4 ohm only amp or should I just run two 2 channel amps then stuff another at a point in the tour pack, but would like not to loose the space. Anyone got a good setup going.

You don't want to run the PBR300X4 with the kappa's. That amp is not 2 ohm compatible. If you are looking to save space heres a nice little amp that was rercently tested on the forum. The results of the test is on a sticky at the top of the audio forum. looks to be perfect for what you are trying to achieve.
If he calls Bill at biketronics he might still let him use the sale codes to get what he needs.
I called Bill last Tuesday and he let me use the codes for my 7.1's it's worth a try.
I was out of town for work and didn't get in to the group buy until I got back last Monday.

I forgot I mention like to do this on a budget lol. With the Canadian dollar at almost 30 cents on the dollar it put a damper on my funding not to mention it's like a kick in the nuts. Is the sound stream better that running 2 fosgates. I guess I could change up speakers if need be but I really like the crispness of the infinity products. Kind of limited on what to buy over here also Mickey shore just keeps pushing the fosgate stuff. I have all the wiring done upto the faring with 2 x 8 guage ground and power cables, yes overkill probably but I had it laying around. I also have the twin wiring harnesses installed. I thought I had a good direction minus the need to pick out an amp. To much reading to many choices just makes your head hurt. I might just run a set of kickers in the rear because I like their grills even thou the infinity ones are not that bad.
Most but not all people lose FM reception with the SS PN4.520D amp, as john said most class d amps will make you lose FM reception, just the nature of the switching creating emi interference.
