What baskets? At least on a '14, the baskets are part of the lid - not an extra piece. Are you talking grills?

I'm referring to the basket that goes behind the speaker to protect it.

I just installed my HAT 5x7's without the baskets using the screws and screw clamps that can't with the speakers. Didn't need the baskets. Thanks for everyone's help

Yea, I have a 2012 and it is a separate piece (basket) that the speakers screwed into. I just used the screw clamps and didn't purchase the basket. Saved me over 30$.
