I have a 2014 ultra and the screen will occasionally blackout and I will have no audio etc. after the bike is turned off it comes back. Anyone else experiencing this?
Thanks
I see the problem is still on going even with the new models.
The radio on my 08 has been completely blacked out for close to two years now. Could never seem to figure out the issue behind it. Music is played through CD's these days

your's should be an easy fix if you're inclined to pull it out and take the face off. If not, call Tony @ Iron Cross Audio and he'll fix ya right up.
Same on my 2014. Here is what the dealer has done:
1. Told me its a software issue and flashed the software again.
2. When that didn't work took it back and they did a reboot.
3. When that didn't work I took it back and they did another reboot and said they couldn't recreate the issue. Left it with them...told them to find the issue or put another HU in. They still have it, we will see.

Don't waste your time letting your bike sit at the dealer. It's almost certainly a software glitch they are never going to be able to fix.

Thanks Ultranuts...is this Tony's email?
Again I am in Beirut Lebanon, so might not be an easy fix at this end, but worth emailing Tony to see if there is anything we can work out.
Cheers
