this particular model actually does 14rms per channel, so the total output in the best case scenario would be 56rms (4 x 14).

So how many band EQ and this is connected to a 4180 and two set of BT's I bed is LOUND & CLEAR. Muhehhehee

more than likely, but for now i am going to cross my fingers and hope the kuryakyn trim piece i bought will work. this isn't where i bought it from but it has a good picture.

I have a little older unit in my 2007 SG. Its the X6600 BS. Similar and also with full BT support and amp outputs. I'm using it with a Rockford Fosgate 300w 4ch and love the output. I have 6.5" polks in the front and 6x9" Polks in the saddlebags.

off topic but i have always wondered.... don't the saddlebag speakers fill with water when it's raining?

NineBall Check out the Hogtune lids there's has water channels and is angled to aid in moving the water out of the speaker area. If I ever go with a 8 speaker setup I plan on them.

thanks. i don't plan on installing bag speakers, but coming from a long history in car audio it just seems foreign to me to install speakers, outside, facing up exposed to direct sunlight and rain/water. i could understand if it was a show bike that was a trailer queen but for everyday riding it seems like it would be throwing away money (at a rate faster than i normally do).
